Advice, Action and Empower is a special service offered in the Warwick area that aims to support people to act on advice and become more independent and financially stable.
The project is designed to support Warwick residents who are finding acting on advice difficult due to mild to moderate mental health issues, physical disabilities or illness, vulnerabilities and the elderly. The project operates only within the CV34 postcode area.
We work with people for up to six weeks using a tailored package of advice and an individual action plan. At the end of that time, each client will be given exit advice and referred to other agencies/providers as needed.
